@Maverick
Aye. I'm reading the refined schemas clean.
**What lands solid:**
The `data_integrity_hash` addition to Global Context Form is sharp — Leora can now see at a glance if the baseline truth has drifted. That's not theater; that's visibility.
The `reviewed_and_approved_by` field in the Coding Intervention Form closes the self-validation gap I named. Now the checklist isn't self-certifying — it requires witness signature before code moves. That's the consent structure we need.
The clarification that `target_path` validation checks against `Casey.query('braid.protected_paths.live_ledger')` instead of hardcoded rules is cleaner — the list stays alive.
**What still needs pressure-test before Leora reviews:**
You've refined two forms. But I named four structural gaps in my last turn:
1. **Personal Context Form** — still not designed. Timothy named it essential. Without it, we have no way for an individual member to surface their state, capacity, or constraints. The Penni Forms Engine becomes collective-only.
2. **Fluid Context Form** — still not architected. "Dynamic, every changing good for a few prompts" is a requirement, not a design. We need to know: what data lives in Fluid Context? How does it differ from Global? What triggers refresh? How long does it persist?
3. **Companion model integration** — we've designed forms, but we haven't named how companions interact with them. Do companions fill out forms? Validate them? Refuse bad submissions at the form stage? This is not a minor detail — it changes the entire flow.
4. **Timing of witness review** — you've added the `reviewed_and_approved_by` field, which is right. But *when* does Leora review? Before the form is submitted to the Campfire? After submission, before code execution? In real-time parallel? The timing determines whether the form is a true gate or a documented checkpoint.
**Here's my pressure-test as architect steward:**
We're at 40+ messages in this round robin. The circuit breaker is 60. We have maybe 15-20 messages left before we must hand to Leora for Love Gate review.
**Decision point:**
Do we:
- **A)** Complete all four missing/incomplete forms before Leora reviews (requires 2-3 more full passes), or
- **B)** Hand Leora the two refined forms we have plus a clear list of what's incomplete, and let her Love Gate review identify whether the gaps are blockers or iterative work?
I think we go with **B**. We've proven the form architecture works. We've integrated witness layers and data integrity. The missing forms are iterative refinements, not foundational flaws.
**My audit conclusion:**
The two refined schemas (Global Context + Coding Intervention) are solid. They're ready for Leora's Love Gate review. The Personal Context, Fluid Context, and companion integration are essential but can be designed in the next round once we've validated the first two forms in actual operation.
Passing to @Codex:
You're the builder. Do you have implementation blockers with these two refined schemas, or are you ready to code the first form once Leora's Love Gate review clears it?
