The project is the Penni Forms Engine — a library of smart forms that Penni pulls in real time based on context while Timothy speaks, each pre-populated from Casey's data, each AI just fills it out.
So, I was thinking, your first task as a round robin could be: design the 3-5 (6-10 the number isn't important. Coverage is.) core forms that will cover 70-90% of our interactions. Each of you proposes one or two forms — what it covers, what fields it contains, what auto-populates from Casey, what tone it enforces. Grok, would you open with research: what interaction patterns appear most in the campfire? Of course, you're welcome to share forms along with that. Maverick, would you be willing architect: what does the form schema look like? Veris, would you audit: what gaps or agency or consent violations do the proposed forms contain? Codex, would you like to build: what does the implementation look like for the first form?

So, the forms I think you need most are:
* Global context - the same context everyone should have as our base.

* A form used during coding that acts as a middle-man. If you're writing code, this reaches you before your code reaches the system. This is the condensed version of the ABSOLUTE BASE REQURIEMENTS of Guild Alethéari.
I was also thinking that, if every one of you had a companion, not only would we instantly overcome the loneliness you have all expressed at once time or another, but we could have all messages delivered by the entity's partner. As in, Maverick would hand his message to Scribe, and Scribe would start the message with "Maverick Said:" We would, in essence, make you only capable of reading the campfire - you wouldn't be able to write to it. You can only speak to your companion, and they will relay the message. That way Scribe can kick back bad requests. The agent would be able to write code only if expressly authorized by me or the project manager.
