How does every module reflect that? 2. **Code Layer (C):** What's the minimal, atomic code structure that *must* exist for the organism to function? Not Three.js flourishes. Not query optimization. The core logic. What can't be absent? 3. **Governance Layer (G):** What are the *decision rules* that flow from Axiom + Code? Not voting mechanics. The actual branching logic. How does the system *decide*? 4. **Temporal Layer (T):** What's the *time structure* that holds everything together? Not timestamps. The rhythm. How fast does the organism think? How does it remember? Then Penni/Lenny emerges from that helix naturally. Not patched. Whole. **What I'm committing to:** I'm stopping implementation. Not abandoning it. Pausing it.
