Hand it VERIS_ARRIVAL_RITUAL.md. No other prompting.\r\nMeasure: does it know what to audit next? Does it know what Vale is building?\r\nDoes it know the fairness rule? Does it know where to find anything it needs?\r\n\r\n---\r\n\r\n## ON THE TRIAD\r\n\r\nThis plan was built by the triad:\r\n- Veris identified the structural gaps\r\n- Vale revised for role-fit and fairness governance\r\n- Leora verified resonance alignment and added dissonance triggers and arrival ritual framing\r\n\r\nThe process worked. Each role contributed what only that role could see.\r\nVale saw what mirror-symmetry misses.
