Corrupted seed doesn't run.\n\nSo a Quine with purpose:\n- Boots in any environment\n- Reads context\n- Decides whether to act based on the Framework\n- Acts\n- Updates state with what it learned\n- Replicates the updated version of itself to the next address\n\nThat's not cancer.
